paper daydream would love to be a part of a chapter in your life for any special occasion, events and parties. All the work we do is truly custom couture; where high fashion & design meets paper. Each design is created for our individual clients and are uniquely one-of-a-kind. We believe each project should tell a story, and should reflect aspects of you. Before we can help tell your story, here is a better guide to ours.

Chapter I | Complimentary Consultation

The first phase starts with your complimentary consultation. Paper | Daydream will schedule you for our complimentary at-home consultation, a personal service to our clients. Or, if you prefer, we can discuss over lattes at your favorite shop. No time? Too far? We’re also only a phone, e-mail or video chat consultation away. We believe in daydreams coming to fruition at your fingertips. We are set up for all forms of media, to fit within our clients needs. During your design consultation we will discuss your story. What your thoughts, ideas, desires, design theme, colors, and any special details you would like to incorporate in your design. Any details from your wedding or event, and you can be used for inspiration on your design. We will also work within your budget to choose the perfect design that best suits you. Paper | Daydream will work with you to design your couture invitation set and customize other stationery options such as thank you cards, menus, escort cards, wedding programs and favor tags to comprehensively capture your theme. Package deals are also available.

Chapter II | Pricing Estimate & Service Contract

We know everyone wants prices listed for instant gratification, but since each case is so unique – price estimates are provided after we know what you’re looking for. After your consultation you will receive an estimate and design time-line based on what was discussed during your consultation. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your estimate. We understand you have a lot of options out there, which is why we remain competitive with our pricing, quality, and service. At this point, if you decide to move forward with Paper | Daydream [You won’t be disappointed, by the way 😉 ], we require a signed estimate and contract and a 50% deposit to continue with the design process. [Other financing options available if necessary.]

Chapter III | The Design Process

During the design process, we will also help edit or write the actual copy on your invitation or any other stationery project. If you already have the exact text you would like, that’s even easier. You will receive at least three digital design drafts [PDF format – though we can cater to your computer capabilities and settings.] through e-mail for your review. The first draft will consist of up to 3-5 design options that will incorporate what was discussed in your consultation. You will then be able to send your comments that will be incorporated in the next round of drafts. There are usually up to three rounds of drafts that lead to your final refined design for your approval. On average, the design process takes 1-3 months, which is contingent on the complexity of the project.

Chapter IV | Digital Proof & Printing

A digital proof will be provided for your last approval before going to press. Paper | Daydream wants to make sure everything is perfect so please make sure to check all grammar, spelling or any typos. Paper | Daydream is not responsible for any typos or changes after this approval.

Chapter V | The Culmination of Your Couture Collection

The printing process begins after we receive your final approval.
Printing will take approximately 2-4 weeks. You will then receive your complete and personalized couture collection! Your final invoice will then be provided and full payment is now due.
