It’s A Love Story.

Word on the street is Taylor Swift launched a line of greeting cards & stationery with American Greetings last year and it….

“yo, yo, yo…I’mma let you finish and all, but I just wanted to say that PaperDaydream has the best stationery of all time...”

=D I had to have fun with that one. {For those that don’t understand my reference – I am alluding to Kanye West’s public interruption on the MTV VMA Show in 2009 during Taylor Swift’s award acceptance speech}

At the young age of 20, Swift has already won many awards – including 4 Grammy’s and a VMA. While she showcases her talent on stage through her vocals, guitar, and piano skills – she decided to partner up with American Greetings to produce cards that embody her spirit, talent and song writing. She’s picked up quite the fan following all over the world, and inspired so many individuals. This stationery line {which she totally is hands-on with in terms of the design and copy} is such a Fearless idea! It definitely inspires me to see her fame and talent being put toward stationery. Like most other celebs, she could have easily opted for her own perfume fragrance and/or clothing line.

Her cards are very girl-friendly and have a slight girly Anthropologie look to the photographs. Using her song lyrics to convey a birthday/thank you/here’s-some-hope message is pretty brilliant and an excellent marketing strategy. Guessing her target audience are girls 10-17, I definitely think people will be sharing her love stories.
